GETTING STARTED

Getting started with Cyber6 is easy. Here's exactly how.

Four steps, about 90 days, and very little of your time. We do the heavy lifting, keep you posted, and never change anything without telling you first.

The Cyber6 EASE onboarding: Explore on day 1, Assess in weeks 1–2, Set up in weeks 2–4, and Enable in weeks 4–12, with the first review around day 90.

Day 90: first review. Then PROVE keeps you improving.

EASE BY PILLAR

The same easy process, whatever you start with.

  1. Explore

    Where time and money leak.

  2. Assess

Map current workflows and record response times, booking rates, and hours spent.

  3. Set up

Pick the first automations: the quickest wins.

  4. Enable

Build them into your existing tools, test, train your team, and measure.

A WEEK IN ONBOARDING

What a typical onboarding week feels like.

EXAMPLE WEEK

  1. Mon

A short update email from your point of contact.

  2. Tue

An after-hours rollout of a scheduled change. You're told in advance.

  3. Wed

A quick question for your point person, answered in two minutes.

  4. Thu

A friendly note to your staff about a new sign-in step, which we wrote for you.

  5. Fri

A short progress note: what's done, what's next.

Most of your week looks exactly like it did before, just safer and smoother.

LEAVE IT TO US

What you won't have to worry about.

  • Figure out the technology yourself.
  • Chase multiple vendors.
  • Deal with surprise changes: nothing changes without a heads-up.
  • Explain changes to your staff: we write the announcements and show them how.
  • Lose your data or settings: we document and back up before we change anything.
  • Shut down for a big switch-over: changes are scheduled to avoid disrupting your work.
  • Handle the handoff from your current provider: we coordinate it with them.
  • Decode jargon: everything is explained in plain English.

STAYING SAFE DURING ONBOARDING

Secure from the very first login.

Your businessCyber6
  • Access is shared through a password manager, never by email.
  • We only request the access we need, nothing more.
  • Every change is logged.
  • Agreements (NDA, BAA, DPA) are signed before we touch sensitive systems.
  • Every change has a plan to undo it.

AFTER DAY 90

After 90 days, we keep improving.

The four EASE steps lead into the ongoing PROVE loop: Plan, Record, Operate, Verify, Evolve, repeating.

Onboarding ends, the work doesn't. You get ongoing support, a monthly report, and a quarterly review, all measured with PROVE.
