UNDERNEATH ALL FIVE · MEASURED

Know what's working instead of guessing.

Cyber6 Core is how Cyber6 measures and reports on the work across Get customers, Serve customers, Get paid, and Run the business, from your own systems, so you can see what changed and why.

Cyber6 is an AI & technology partner: we automate the work slowing businesses down, protect them with IT & cybersecurity, and train their people.

Every number defined with you and compared to your own starting point

A business owner stands at an office window early in the morning reading a printed report.

Core sits under Get customers, Serve customers, Get paid, and Run the business. It records your starting numbers and shows what each one changed.

THE PROBLEM

You find out in May how March really went.

The accountant closes March in the third week of April. The numbers look worse than expected. The reason turns out to be one product line sold below cost since January and two customers who stopped ordering in February.

Nobody hid anything. The information existed in three systems that don't speak to each other, and reading it meant exporting spreadsheets that nobody had time to build.

By the time a monthly report shows a problem, it has been running for six to ten weeks. Same numbers, seen weekly, would have cost a fraction to fix.

Example of the problem: WEEK 2, Material costs creep up. No one sees it. WEEK 5, Reports disagree. Meeting spent arguing. WEEK 9, Margin down three points and falling. WEEK 13, Found at quarter end. Too late to fix.

WHAT IT'S COSTING YOU

  • Problems compound while you wait

A pricing error, a leaking margin, or a quiet customer keeps going for weeks because nothing surfaces it early.

  • Decisions rest on memory

Without current numbers, hiring, pricing, and purchasing decisions are made from what people remember about last quarter.

  • Everyone brings their own numbers

Sales, operations, and finance each pull a different report, and meetings turn into arguments about whose figure is right.

  • Reporting eats real hours

Someone spends the first days of every month building a spreadsheet that is already out of date when it's presented.

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

We start with the handful of numbers that actually drive your business, not a dashboard with forty charts nobody reads.

  1. We agree on what matters

A short session with you picks the six to ten numbers that tell you whether the business is healthy.

  2. We connect your systems

Accounting, sales, service, scheduling, and operations data is pulled together automatically, on a schedule.

  3. The numbers get one definition

Each measure is written down in plain terms so everyone is counting the same thing.

  4. You get a weekly picture

A short, readable view arrives on the same day each week: what moved, in which direction, and by how much.

  5. Alerts fire when something slips

Thresholds you set trigger a notice the moment margin, cash, or activity crosses a line.

  6. We review it with you

On a regular call we go through what changed, what caused it, and what to do next.

Example with made-up names: Agreed: which numbers matter for the business. Accounting, sales, and service systems connected. One definition for each number. Regular report with what changed. Alert: quote decisions slowing down. Review with you: what worked and what's next

Example with made-up names. Not client data.

WHAT WE MEASURE

How we'll know it's working

We record your starting point before anything changes, then compare every result to it.

  1. Time to see a problem

How long it takes from something slipping to someone noticing.

    WE WANT THIS LOWER

  2. Hours spent reporting

How many hours a month your team spends pulling numbers together.

    WE WANT THIS LOWER

  3. Numbers everyone agrees on

How many of your key numbers have one agreed definition.

    WE WANT THIS HIGHER

HOW WE TRACK IT: THE CYBER6 PROVE FRAMEWORK

  1. Plan

Agree on what success looks like, in writing.

Before any work starts, we agree with you on the few numbers that matter, how each one is defined, and what a good result looks like. This goes in writing, so nobody moves the goalposts later.

  2. Record

Capture your starting point before anything changes.

We capture where those numbers stand today from your own systems. That starting point is what every later result is compared to.

  3. Operate

Run the work across all four foundations.

The four foundations do their work: answering leads, following up, collecting, bringing customers back, and removing waiting. Core keeps track of what each one is doing.

  4. Verify

Compare results to the starting point.

On a regular schedule, we compare the numbers to your starting point and show what changed, what didn't, and why, in plain language.

  5. Evolve

Decide together what to change next.

Together we decide what to adjust, what to stop, and what to add next. Then the cycle starts again.

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES

How your information is handled

Bringing numbers together means touching sensitive systems. These rules are set before anything is connected.

  • Your data stays in accounts you own, and you keep access when we're not involved
  • Only the fields needed for an agreed measure are pulled, and nothing else
  • Access is limited by role, so payroll figures aren't visible to everyone with a login
  • Connections are monitored and logged as part of our IT & cybersecurity work
  • Your information is never sold, shared, or used for anyone else's benefit
