What we don't do
We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
Where data is stored
Where client data is stored depends on the services and vendors involved and on each client's requirements. When a client has data location requirements, we choose vendors and regions that meet them where possible, and we confirm this in writing.
Client data at the end of a contract
When a client relationship ends, we return or securely delete their data within 30 days, and we provide written confirmation on request.
Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it, and copies in encrypted backups are removed as those backups expire on their normal schedule.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask what we hold, get a copy, correct it, or delete it. Use the request form or email privacy@cyber6technology.com.
Agreements
Data processing agreements (DPAs) are available for clients. Business associate agreements (BAAs) are available for healthcare clients.
